The staff were always friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers. The hotel was in a quiet location, yet close to shops, restaurants, and the river.

The pool was nice and clean, with plenty of sun loungers. We enjoyed being close to the town, with lots of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The hotel also offered free transfers, which was a nice touch.
Our experience was dampened by the poor quality of the kitchen facilities. There was no toaster, dishwasher, or washing machine, and we were charged extra for the use of air conditioning and the washing machine on site.

We had a great holiday at this hotel! The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the river taxis to the beach all within a short walk. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the pools were well-maintained. We enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers by the pool. The bakery down the street was a delicious treat.
The air conditioning was not in the bedroom which would have been more convenient.
